Yes! This is why creators like him are important. I would probably feel the same way as a drummer, but creators like this make me understand that it would not ve over, there are so many ways to do things and a positive attitude and willingness to adapt really helps. This is not to say society has more work to do to make things more accessible for disabled people.

Hey if you ever need to leave your leg in the backseat please make sure you buckle it with a seatbelt. Because if you ever get in a crash anything that isn’t secured can injure you. I have two legs and only use one of them while driving! If you have a stick-shift, you’d need two legs to drive, but in automatic cars, one leg is all you need.

About "never being able to drive manual". I had a neighbour who had his legs amputated. He drove manual. His car was modified to have levers to pull (or push, I don't remember) instead of pedals. Probably the most manual way one can drive. With modern cars where pedals aren't directly connected to the machinery and functionally just buttons connected to the car computer, this modification should be even easier to do than in the old fully mechanical vehicles.

My friend's grandma had these. She controlled her pedals using hand levers. It was a combination of push/pull. Just like how we push and release pedals w our feet. She had polio as a child and she wore braces.
