Silk ye I like the normal setting because it feels more like your flying the plane but with your settings it feels like I can see more around me and I dont get disoriented as much

I much prefer this camera.

His setting is better for confirming which direction is up, I fly in his setting in BF1 but with normal setting in BF5, stilling figuring out which one is better for me. In maps with fog I'll suggest his setting though, crushes a dozen times due to getting the orientation wrong.

Dogfighting does seem to be more common now for sure. That's why I don't really mess with the Corsair that doesnt have good cannons

the air to ground variants for both the Corsair and the Zero with what you said and the 2x 500lbs bombs, kick major ass right now, in both air to air and air to ground! ive gone 74-0 with them! and they one-shot tanks too, if you are accurate with the bombs!

I agree I feel like the corsair lacks agility.

I only use 4 times HMG and use 2 times rockets and HE cannons.

There's very little special controls and what I do use is very basic. It's just practice and getting used to the clunkiness

I levelled up by bombing tanks and killing planes. As for defense it's almost entirely creativity and braking so advice through a comment is hard

It’s almost impossible to escape a dogfight loadout plane if you’re farming infantry if they are a decent pilot. Try to stall more though, it works quite often. Basically just do whatever and stall you’re plane, hopefully they are dumb enough to go in front of you and if they do just shoot them down. If they peel off then you can either go back and resupply health if you’re extremely low or go after him... hope this helps!

@@redforddurad2937 i basically have only two real tactics to get behind someone that is chasing me, because trying to full-speed outmaneuver by being spontaneous and irregular, or flying dangerously close to the ground, only works against noobs. any half-decent pilot will keep chasing you and finally kill you. so my two strategies are these: 1 - bait the enemy in a continous horizontal loop, preferably on your resupply station for free repairs, and when you cross paths, he shoots you for some dmg, and then loses you from his sights (look at your rear view camera to find the best moment), i suddenly do what is described as a High Yo-Yo (google it to understand). I switch from a horizontal loop to a vertical loop, and because of the speed difference and some other complex physics, i get behind my attacker. might have to do it more than once though, so keep that in mind. 2 - I try to bring my attacker a bit close to me, while doing irregular moves, loops and rolls and braking a little bit, and then, i brake hard and do some wide barrel rolls, in order to make him pass in front of me. this works because in reality, even if he might be braking at the same time, with the barrel rolls my plane travels a longer path than going straight like he does, and in reality covers a shorter distance than him, which is equal to braking harder (which is impossible in the game). going upwards helps even more with the braking due to gravity, but try to avoid a total stall, because you will lose any advantage you might have gotten, and will not be able to effectively get behind him. I roll with the fined barrels - if you get the right lock on you can take down a zero before your guns over heat. The way I see it is if someone is on your six who's half decent.....you're finished, wing upgrade or not.

Yeah it's cool and also sometimes annoying. I like knowing everyone but sometimes just wanna play without the recognition or even abuse.

Silk I tried it. You get 100 rounds, it’s kind of tricky to use. Personally, it’s not my kind of playing style and I don’t really like it. Maybe I just need more practice with it but I went back to my 8x rockets. I’d like to see a KZfaqr do it since I haven’t found any videos on it

@@SilkOCE they're good for tricking out a really skilled pilot who's also using a supercharger when they get hit by something, usually on a turn, you can sometimes trick them into thinking you've got them zeroed in and kind of messes with them into braking/turning until in your primary cannons sights but it really is a niche role as you'd literally need to be flying upside down to use it as an AP weapon so you are constantly patrolling the sky's with the occasional HMG kill.

i have tried using it, and it made me actually hit the ground numerous times while chasing someone, because the reticle is higher than your direction. I couldnt get used to it, it didnt seem particularly fun to use or effective, so i decided that it wasnt worth the hassle anyway

Japanese air attacks against HMS Repulse and Prince of Wales, also the Australian and New Zealand troops were classed as British as part of the common wealth. Also in early 1944 the Japanese encountered spitfires in Burma with a mixture of Zero and Oscars, the battle lasted 10 days after which there were 4 spitfire/seafire lost to 65 Zero/Oscars lost.

That is just a saying... Questionable... There are a lot of ace pilots but I never saw you in a dogfight with them...

Yawing helps you turn faster

The zero is just a better plane, kind of like how the Russian stealth jet in BF4 had the best turn rate? Same principle here. Of course, the superior agility doesn't mean it has complete advantage over you. Don't engage in fights low to the ground, stay high so you can trade altitude for energy, and hopefully get the drop on him. If he tries to get you in a circle fest, just climb up and keep you eye on him, making sure to go back down at an angle in which you are comfortable with engaging him at

Fjell, that place may have the most chaotic airspace, but it has the most plane spawns and everyone is so busy dogfighting each other that they rarely notice newer planes coming in. Trial by fire but it's better than training grounds

Just because you do fine doesn't change the fact PC players have better controls. Even render distance is an issue. PC pilots see infantry so easily where as on Xbox they don't render till you are basically on top of them.

ive been watching these air vids with niccaman and silk and they make it look fun but im sure that its actually more of an aggravation for all but the best pilots.
