Just curious, since most of your photos look pretty flat in the mids and highlights are pretty high up, do you use exposure compensation and how much? Loving the result right out of the camera (instead of pulling highlights and bumping shadows). Thanks!

I’ve tried portra 400, but i didn’t over exposure it… it’s good, but not as pastel look as yours… could you give tips which film and how to treat it to get pastel look? Thanks

Quick question! I'm just curious - is your process better than getting the scans done from a shop and then editing them in lightroom/photoshop. I guess your process is closer to editing with 'raw' material. Is it easier to edit highlights/shadows through your method? Cheers!
@grainydaysss
@grainydaysss 4 жыл бұрын
I've found it easier to edit highlights and shadows this way yea, generally the lab will give you a jpg scan which I think you can only push so far in the edit if you want to adjust something
