I like seeing the stitch out, it looked like you used an edge run with double zigzag on the front name. I embroidered some beach towels the other day and I used the same amount of underlay to get the embroidery to stay on top of the fibers. I chose not to use a topper, because it was for myself and I didn’t want to have to pick it out. Keep up the hard work!

Honestly I didn't think twice about the underlay, which I should've but luckily it worked. I do have issues sometimes with towels and stuff where the underlay does stick out and it's annoying. The Solvy is a bit of a hassle, even if you wet it, it kinda just stick to the fibers more.

@@tkstitch on Hatch in your underlay settings, below your second underlay option, you can select “narrow” . I think there are 3 options including normal that will move your underlay in. On small letters I normally use a center run only and shorten the stitch length to around 1 mm to keep it from popping out on the curves of the letters.

Looks great! Maybe a mighty hoop would have been easier on the back.

@@tkstitch gotcha. Have you checked out maggiehoops? They also have hoop stations and attachment for a lower price. I would say it's identical to mighty hoops
