Good video, I have Shepskys. They are AZ bred, Louisiana fed. They eat Diamond Puppy, and boiled chicken, breasts legs thighs,etc. Also they love hearts and gizzards. A little whole milk,eggs, and my favorite minced garlic,and a little cayenne pepper. Moving into some beef, and pork. HAGD,really do like the videos.

i know this is an older post but im gonna speak on it anyways..i have went through the same issues with. my bully either not liking the food or loose stool..everyone has to understand u can have the same breed and the same lines but that dont mean the dogs are going to have the same liking to the food or even the same results.. u have to find what works..obviously this man cares about his dogs..he found what works for his dogs..if the food u feed ur dogs works then feed ur dogs what works for u and ur dogs.. my american bully only wants purina fusion 30/20..and its works for him..my hat is off to Royal Kennels and all the videos and details he puts out.. very few kennels for any breed give u an inside look at the truth of their line..cant wait to get a pup from royal kennels..

nice informative video brother. That bag of victor in your video is not grain free most are but that one has grain. I usually like the red beef bag, i learned that from a lady that own a dog store. She told me that that teal color bag will make them shit more and it may be runny. she informed me to give that in the morning and the red bag later in the day since it had no grains.

I'm been feeding them Diamond 30-20 for over 35yrs. Pitbulls, Rotts, American Bulldogs. But I know some old timers over year mixed cheap dogfood with Diamond black bag for the protein & cheap dog chow because it's loaded with more vitamins

It's all about finding what works for your dogs especially with this breed.

Nice video fam keep up the good work we feeding r XLs pups the same way but we add in dyne and a lot of other good stuff we see great results with out pups from those products but it's not for every breed u will see better results with better bloodlines and genetics as the dogs grow but we feed r adults raw with kibble and other supplements really great recipe all of our studs and sires r bad ass hmu if u r ever looking for bad ass XLs r newest stud is 90 pounds at 6 months so u won't be disappointed but at the end it's all genetics once again great vid fam keep up the good work and God bless

Brother this the realest video i've finally saw...U god...serious trial and error and reality...i've had dogs live/last 10 plus years on dog chow/pedrigree and keeping them wormed and plenty of water...people try to create these Megadon fat-asses, but you got it right, have more love of your program/dogs you're taking care of than the hustle...dog chow and puppy chow wouldn't be the mainstream if it didn't work...most of the dogs out there are in crates, they aint herding nothing, they fighting robbers...they just pretty pets...so i hear you and when i get this Cane/pit pup...gonna make sure im feeding it what it'll eat and saty healthy with...peace family

You should always feed Puppies the Puppy version of whatever food you go with until they are 1 year old because it has extra nutrients that they need while still in the development stage

Hey man, I need some info about pups and have seen your other videos where you have lots of amazing pups... Can you tell any difference between pups at 17 days? My buddy has some pups and is giving me one for free, but since other people have paid, he wants me to pick by 17 days, so everyone else who's paying can get theirs too.. They'll still be with mom til 8 weeks, just wants us to pick.. I want a laid back female, he has 3 females and I don't know how to tell which is laid back, which is high drive, which is fearful.. Nice video...i use 2 tablespoons of cocosoya...its 98% fatty acid 3 6 and 9...its used as a supplement for horses, but is good with dogs as well...its great for their coat and teeth...20 bucks a gallon...plus i use the pro sense daily vitamin from walmart...38 % protein...90 tablets for $5...i used to use blue buffalo dog food, but it got too expensive...now i use pedigree...$20 dollars for like 50lbs...then to top it off i get 40lbs of leg quarters for 25$ at the slaughterhouse...all of these items last a long time...i maybe spend 25$ a month for my dog...its great for the muscle, fat and skin...i noticed a lot of bullys have issues with their joints and dysplasia...im probably going to start adding glucosamine for that...

I believe it, I would spend 70$ for a medium size bag of dog food. One day I ran outta dog food I send my son to the liquor store he bought some puppy chow, and she loves it nothing changed on her body frame or stool.

Genetics aren't 100% the end all be all. My rottweiler pit mix is 30lbs larger than the rest of his liter mates. He grew up eating taste of the wild and victor, as well as raw meat and seafood, while the other pups ate purina. Diet is important. My pit mix shouldn't be 100lbs solely based on genetics, he's solid muscle because of his diet.

We use a daily probiotic in our water or food of pups. It has changed our dogs 100%. Try Health-gard probiotics you will see a major difference in the stools and any digestive issues.

I do not have bullies, but for my kennel, I feed the two brands you have on each end; Victor and Diamond Puppy. I mix kibble and or feed a different one every other day. I also supplement with Vitamin E pill, Fish oil pill, and brewers yeast tablet. Now and then I give chicken bones too on top of a one day out of the week fast.

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of any of Purnia's dog food, cause my 2 1/2 year old Lab is allergic to Purnia's food (gives him rashes on his nose, arm pit and belly. So I avoid any Purnia's product. My 5 month old American Bully pocket size is currently eating Eukanuba large breed puppy with goat milk supplement and grew so well in the past 2 months. Without the milk, he would not finish his food. Thanks for the tips, I hope that when he is off the milk supplements, I can change his food to adjust to his health.

I have read and heard that dogs should not have a high protein diet because it's bad for their kidneys and weight distribution as puppies. But my question is if that is true than how do we feed a raw diet? Is raw meat the wrong thing to feed dogs? What did dogs eat during their early domestication? I'm a little stumped by some of the literature and comments out here on feeding. I'm glad you did this video.
