Everyone talks about how babies are a blessing (which they are!) but not many people mention how special it is for a baby to have a calm, caring and wonderful mother. It is a rarer thing than most realize. Baby conte is blessed having you as her mama 💕🥰🥺

I highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist if you want to learn which exercises are safe during pregnancy. They can also help prepare your body for the physical stress it will go through during birth as well as the rehab involved in post-partum recovery. Congrats to you both!

My babies were most active in the womb at evening/bedtime which was interesting because after they were born that was also the time they were most awake and fussy. ‘The Witching Hour’ we called it 😂 right when you want to settle down they decide they don’t want to sleep! Definitely listen to you body and enjoy the pregnancy as much as possible!

I would definitely be interested in watching what clothing items, skin care and all of the above you have changed since being pregnant! I went through a miscarriage in December of last year and struggled with body changes, to hear how others have changed what they use/wear in a day to day basis would be really helpful for when we eventually get back to that stage! I think you staying active during pregnancy is the best thing you can do. I’m a dental assistant and the office I worked at had me on my feet for up to 11 hours a day running back and forth. I literally worked until 4 days before I gave birth. It was hard but it helped me feel good throughout pregnancy, labor, and recovery. You’ve got this 💕

Jess I’m so excited for you both. I feel like you’re going to be amazing parents. My biggest advice do what comes naturally to you as parents, if it feels right to you, you are the best parents for that baby, no one else knows the ins and outs of the day to day so trust your instincts. As a medical provider I didn’t even know this but even a 4 hour window of uninterrupted sleep can make a huge difference on your brain and how you are able to function. I found this out once my son was a toddler and sleeping through the night but I wish someone had shared this. Love you guys so much! We already love this baby! They are already apart of the team 🥰

i love that you’re not putting too much pressure on trying to keep up this active perfect lifestyle to seem like nothing changed which is so crazy because a lot of women do that. it’s okay to see your body gain stretch marks, to see a scar, to see extra skin, extra weight, etc. your body created another human that God provided you with. you and only you will ever have grown that special human in your belly. your body goes through too much to be so hard on yourself to be perfect. you’re amazing and such an inspiration to so many people. i love you & your family so so much

Thank you for sharing your pov on your body changing. I've seen a lot of pregnant women share their struggle with body image. It's always scared me into thinking I'm going to feel negative about how I look when I'm pregnant. Hearing your perspective about focusing on the fact you're literally growing a baby and how beautiful of a process that is was just a really nice reminder of what's really important.

Jess, I am with you. I am 10 weeks postpartum and learning to transition into my new body during pregnancy was very difficult. It’s absolutely okay to feel all the things you’re feeling. I’m still 15 pounds heavier than I was pre pregnancy and I could not be more content with my body. I do plan to try and lose it again but not in a rush. The love I have for my son truly made me not worry about it now. Please know you are absolutely not alone & your body is doing the most beautiful thing it can do. I admire the mama you will be. So happy for you.

Quick nice to know fact I heard on Instagram: Babies are normally most active when you sit down, because the walking motion rocks them to sleep. That's also why they love being rocked to sleep once they're born.

I watched One Born Every Minute from start to finish for both of my pregnancies to get me prepared for different labours/deliveries etc and as much as it made me and my partner uncomfortable to watch sometimes, it definitely helped because I knew what kind of delivery I wanted (water birth both times) and I knew to push instead of scream because it definitely helps and to breath instead of push when the head is coming out as it reduces tears etc….so helpful xx

I just had my second daughter 4 months ago my second emergency c section both my daughters hearts stopped while in labour but God was my protector my daughters are now 6 and 4 months and I feel so blessed!! I pray the Lord our God be with you and know whatever comes your way He will lead you through! Best of luck and I love the way you explained c section scars they truly are beautiful ❤

I would love to see a video of you talking about all the different things you’ve tried or been using since being pregnant. What was a fail or what wasn’t? Anything from clothing to food products to baby stuff etc literally everything from what you’re comfortable sharing.

You should read the book The First Forty Days! Its all about your "4th trimester" recipes and the traditional way you're suppose to heal after giving birth. Highly recommend.
