Bought my first Rolex in 2006 and I agree with your comments re motivation. Ironically, now that the value of mine has increased so much, I keep it for special occasions and have bought a Tudor Pelagos blue as an everyday watch. Love both watches.

Congratulations on your purchase . I’ve been wearing Rolex watches for around 20 years and would say wholeheartedly you must buy for yourself and not to truly and impress others .in my experience the only people who notice your watches are car salesmen and watch salesmen essentially people who are wanting to sell you something . The reality is most people are too busy living their lives and generally people don’t notice or care what watch you are wearing ..

Thanks for your input brother im gonna share my story back in 2019 my business was doing good so i decided to reward my self with a holly grail time piece so i started looking for a 116613lb i found one at the an AD for 13500 usd at that time it was easier to get but then i found a rolex repair shop was selling one used for 11500 so i went for the use one i save some money not to mention about 1000 bucks on taxes and i barged down to 11300 yes i didn’t get the extra links and it was polished but i save 3200 and i love it i dont use it as much since i have other watches and i have seen it in the gray market trading for 20k so i can say i did good on that one and you are right now my goal is a 911 carrera s4 keep up the good work

@@YouBeRelentless well it gave me confidence now i am a rolex guy so no many ppl get to say that is material proof of an achievement and it did change my view of things in life now i feel like i can overcome any obstacles since i acquired i piece that it was only a dream

I owned YM and GMT...........Bluesy are Value for Money if you bought it at Rolex Retail Price or lower.......I will never buy above Rolex Retail Price and I am still hurting and collection more........All the Best.
