I have been asked this question so many times! Yo T how do you find your customers. The answer isn't what you think it is. It's 90% about you and 10% about the customer. i broke down the basics. I do all social media advertising. Facebook, Instagram, but there’s 2 important advertising I truly recommend, one is doing a beautiful job for your customer. Word of mouth is number 1. Two is reviews, reviews, and did i mention reviews. I don’t spend money on advertising any more. Just work at 110% in any business and work will spread. Good luck everyone. Keep it professional!

Home advisor has been after me for three years since I started my company to join them. I haven’t ever been without work so I don’t see the need to mess with them. Figure home advisor will give me lots of small/junk leads that won’t lead anywhere. Maybe I’m wrong 🤔

Yea I'm in Maine. My town population is 20k or so. We have 20 min landscape conpanys in this one town.but there is alot of money but I I dnt think enough. I want to move south or west. Get out of snow and mow and landscape all year. But the wife refuses to leave the kid refuses to leave and I dnt have the money to move my company hundreds of miles away but I want to. I need to. My life hear is limited and I can not be limited

This is a huge boom market. I'm not trying to be mean but you haven't been through a recession. You've got some great ideas, great ones. When it dies it's the difference between night and day. I was doing 1.4 million a year until 08. I bid 10 jobs missed everyone. Parked a backhoe it didn't start for 6 months. I've been through 4 of them. It's going to end soon real soon.

Ok I do keep my truck clean! But my truck is old and rusty. Know I do keep it up the beat I can but I feel you 100 percent but I cant afford a knew truck or even a used one that's good looking. It's my first year in bussnies and I've gotten most all the equipment I need to do what I need to but a truck!!! I fucked myself and know no I should of focused on a truck first but I cant mow with a truck the truck I have works and reliableish but I can keep it going no matter what but know I need a truck it's old rough looking and getting bot so reliable. How the hell can I get a loan.

Unrelated: I just got an Aflac commercial saying that all they’re costumers got 37m combined back directly but did not say how many costumers they had and according to google they have 50million so they only returned $1.30 per costumer on average

Bro central florida sucks to many cheap homeowners, funny thing is theres so much residential homes being built by the thousands now but no one wants to invest into their homes for landscaping, its saturated with co. Who will do it for dirt cheap tho when they finally decide to invest. Down here they charge like $4-6 for pavers 🤦‍♂️ and like $70 a month for lawn cuts. I dont understand why companys do that to themselves charge so low just to get the work. Im growing very slow because im charging $95&up for maintenance per home but id rather grow slow and get good paying customers and make good money then explode with work and make chump change. In 4 yrs im barely at 100 customers a week for maintenance, but im making reaal good 💰💰. Like you said you dont want to be at 100 percent closing for bids. I want to be like 30percent
