The 18.6-year cycle changed the way I invest in the stock market and my view on property. Game changer and some great resources out there on it (Phil Anderson for example). Do you also assist people who want to buy, renovate (cosmetically) and sell properties?

Thanks Peter, can certainly help you get ahead. Not typically, we like to take a long term view. The entry and exit costs are quite high and we wouldn’t be able to ensure the client makes money on it. We could help find and buy the property but would be up to the client if they wanted to renovate and sell it
