Hi Keilan, I am sooo glad I came across your KZfaq videos and I love that you are being another Maritime girl as well, I am a Caper girl from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada 😊I am just starting out with working with Polymer clay and starting to blend it into my silverware jewelry I make and I truly enjoy your videos and love your work and will continue to follow along with you as you post! I hope you make it back to "The Rock" every now and then to visit family and friends 😊 Thanks again, Heather

Pretty! I always do my edges too. Makes a big difference! I tend to use resin on sides though.
@keipfrАй бұрын
Thanks Kim 🥰 I used to resin the sides but varnish is so much easier and thinner.

Best idea about the box! I’ve had pieces thrown all over the room! Best take-away. Gorgeous piece, hard work reward.

Thank you 🥰 The round one is from Temu and the other I made a paper template. In this tutorial I make a similar pendant at 22:00 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nq1hlZZ31c7OpI0.html

Thanks! That was sooooooo helpful! Your pieces seem really hard. Is that correct or are they still flexible? And how long do you bake yours for please? Thank you!
@keipfr6 ай бұрын
Hey Sharon! Thank you! The round one is thick, I believe it was on a #0 with a backing on a #3 or 4. I baked it for an hour at 140°C. The thicker the piece the less bend it has. I judge the thickness of my pieces as I make them individually, depending on how I plan to finish them and assemble them. 🥰
