Hi, it depends on the store location and shift timings. At my place it’s 2 bakers In the morning shift and one in the afternoon. No they only bake and restock their section.

Just for your safety. Try not to capture other people in your video. Otherwise you may face some charges according to privacy act. It happened to one of my known. You might be new to canada. Make sure you don't record people faces or even give them a hint of you recording them.

What are you talking about? You can record a video without any implications; On private property where you’ve received consent from the owners (or your own property) On public property where there is no expecation of privacy. This could be the sidewalk, streets, a public park, etc. Any private property that specifically has signage allowing for photography
