Try to put another SIM in there and if it still says that then it means that your phone is Blacklisted! Try to contact customer service if only the SIM card issue.

What are you talking about? I had many GoPhones that I have unlocked with same method, one was LG Phoenix V2, one was Samsung Galaxy Express Prime, one was ZTE Z222/Z223, and etc. Unless AT&T changed their prepaid policy on GoPhones.

You can still return to the store that you have purchased from. 14-Day or 30-Day return policy depends on where you purchased from.
