How I Get LEGO Star Wars Shock Troopers for SO Cheap! I love collecting lego clone troopers and they can get expensive so I have found some work arounds and today I am going to show one of them which I use to get my shock troopers for cheap!

This is really a good way. I can’t do this right now, but I definitely will do that if Lego doesn’t make new shock troopers. I personally thought you would buy phase two 212 troopers and you would erase their colors and color them red very carefully.

@@bulgarianstormtrooper6952 because the older once are easier to erase the color and normal phase 2 clones are expensive, because they rarely came in a normal set and their demand is very high. The only problem is the torso, but people have been using the phase 1 torso for them.

Yeah one of my clones somehow had the helmet decals slide to the side of the helmet a little bit so now he’s accepted his fate as a battle-worn clone and i nicknamed him “crooked”

Your process is very similar to mine! I also just had to replace some of my sealing bricks because they were causing legs to crack as well. Decaling is an art that is perfected over time and you are definitely getting good at it!

Thank you for that video! I wanted to get into clone decaling for some time, but I was looking for decals that were very similar to Lego style so the clones I've got could go together with the custom ones. It seems like the right one!

Coconut, please oh please, go get some "Mr Clean magic erasers" they r great for removing prints without damaging anything

Fine grit sand paper doesn't damage the torso, in fact it helps smooth out some of the scratches and scuffs that come on used torsos.

Im so happy i just do 360 degree decal and don’t have to worry about using the black hips with white legs and just easily grab all white legs off of LEGO bricks and pieces.

Somehow I have 6 RoS Sith troopers, so I’m just gonna use some parts from them, and some clone parts in order to make a cheap alternative. I haven’t actually bought anything for my small clone army, I just found some old used clone figs in a used bulk bag. Honestly, it’s enough for me.

Cut all your decals first to make your workflow faster when doing batch builds, but separate them by front back etc in small bowls and cups and by legion.

I think when the new gunship comes out they will be cheaper coss the old 2013 501st clones used to cost so much and now there they go for like $10 on bricklink

So I found one at an antique toy mall today for $35.99. Everything is labeled lego accept for the inside of the helmet. Does that mean the helmet mold is fake or did lego only recently start labeling the inside of the helmet molds?

Much cheaper to decal but sometimes they can be a spot were you mess up.Also now you are doing a stream on Friday and it is later and that means I can't join hen you are building coruscant.

How unfortunate phase 1 helmets are sould out. To be honest I do not mind if the minifigure is original or decaled. Decals brings you more options I do similar stuff with armybuilding but in medieval style where there are knights and decals offers unique option to do something LEGO won t do.

I usually try to get the official Lego clones such as the 2014 212th and 2014 P2 grunt or white. I have 132 2020 501st figures. hoping to buy more of the 2013 style of the 501st since they are only 10 bucks and many sellers have bulk of them on brick link I do have 2 2014 shock troopers. As far as clone army building go's I don't factor in how much it cost to get all my clones, that might scare me if I do so haha.

Ok, um, I can't believe someone hasn't said this but you can't say they're real if you're putting off-market decals on them, lol. They're custom at that point, not real official Lego. If you alter them in any way, they're not real.

I don't get it... Instead of buying a complete (and high quality) knock off figure for under 1€ a piece, you buy a knock off helmet and basically build one yourself lol. Glad you enjoy it, but I don't get it. Especially with the high quality of knockoffs these days.
