Congrats sis, this is a huge achievement. I can only imagine, I'm also in the process of getting mine so I know the stress involved. You've done well and I wish you massive sales in your business. Quick question, with the food bin, are you expected to dispose it off daily and if so where, especially if you dont have a food bin outside. Did they ask you how you dispose it?

Yes they expect you to dispose your bin everyday, make them believe that and if they ask you where you dispose your used oil, tell them you take it to the main bin disposal each Borough has one. It's very tedious. They spent 4hrs with me it was like an examination. And pls make sure you fill.out the Safer book better business for caterers. That was the only thing that made me loose out on 1 Mark. Make sure you have separate fridge or freezer for your cooked and raw and every food in the fridge or freezer must be labelled ok. Your washing liquid must be suitable. If you message me on IG honeyz_kitchen I will send you the name if the stuffs you need to get ok

Please if u buy colour coded choping board do u need to buy colour coded knife too… and please I have my other washing soap for my cloths n other things in the cupboard under the sink…. Do I need to empty that on day of inspection or I can keep all under it please thank you

Thanks for watching, you dont have to necessarily buy knives but you must have knives for raw and cooked food. As for your washing detergents, you can keep them together in the cupboards. I hope this helped 💕

Watermans cleaning & hygiene supplies Limited 477 Hackney road London E2 9ED 02077297211 Please check this place out if you are in London or better still call them. They have all the washing items for cleaning both handwash, floor and dish washing. I hope this helps. If any other thing pls let me know to help

Hello and thanks for reaching out. Now it depends on your borough. It too about 5months for the inspection to take place. Yes you can start trading while awaiting the inspection from food standard Agency. First you need to register online with the FSA. I hope this helped
