In this video Im giving more detailed explanation on the question which you asked me in private question. I explained what is Client date base, how and from where to create it, which one date might work.
What's outstanding customer service, who are loyal client and how random client can become loyal client.
What is cross selling and up selling.
Try to learn as much as you can, prove HR that you are the best for this position, invest couple of days for getting there, as this job will open you so many doors.

Such a great video! Not gonna lie, the “umms” were a little distracting though so it was hard to follow at times. You should make notecards next time for prep so you don’t lose your train of thought (or your viewers) but I stuck around for the entire video. Plenty of useful information. Thanks sooooo much and I hope you’re doing amazing.
