Wondering why Dylan Johnson did not convert to waxed chain for such a demanding and dusty ride. Keeps the goo to the minimum and friction remains constantly low, even when buried under sand or mud. Should last for the entire race.

Great race! Very strong. Would like to hear what you would have done differently with 5-7 days to acclimate / train at the Cedar City altitude. That's about the amount of time me and most of my ride partners will have before Leadville and Steamboat 2021.

Congrats dude! I strongly recommend Momum MIC Wax Lube (pink bottle), I don't think anyone would have to stop to lub the chain again. This stuff is really good and it lasts. Not perfect and I don't love it in the rain but dust and gravel. PERFECT! Again Congrats Dude!!!

I can see you have some great race tactics since you're extremely good in conserving energy and digging deep when you have to.
