Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it suvks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. soul of lilith is a guaranteed item. soul of isaac is a potential reroll. you gotta find a way to get a secret room or something setup and/or continue to carry it. they are good to compare against each other, but i’d take lilith souls over isaac

i'd say overall soul of lilith has the best security of at least getting a decent item (a low tier familiar is better than a bottom tier secret room item like wavy cap) but soul of isaac has better overall potential, IF you have the correct set up for it. id take soul of isaac personally, because i'd want a reroll over a familiar, but they both have their merits.

The reason everything was so strong is because tough love and apple both apply to brimstone, they apply per tick, so if you have max luck that's your brimstone damage times 3.2 or x4 depending on which you have, but if you have both its 7.2x damage if you have the luck needed for both

Soul of Lilith is potential Incubus/Twisted Pair at best, and free Conjoined/Beelzebub progress at worst. If you get it with Clear Rune, you can have a giant familiar army

Imma say it, I really hate T Isaac more than T Blue baby, mainly from just being so limited, it does have its perks of being able to just swap passives, but it feels bad passing up good items because you can’t change anything. Anyways great vid!

For the reddit poll, I think the logic is that sound of isaac, you need an item available, where as souls of Lilith just GIVES you an item, not sure if I agree with it, but food for thought

+ jera / any pickup duplication basically gives you conjoined or multiple powerful familliars. You could get a psy fly army or pairs of twisted pair.

The best rune would be Cain's if Get out of jail free card didn't exist, mostly because it allows you to go to a lot of rooms but specificall because with Clear rune it creates rooms for you to get charges in and that way you can use it and get every room in the game

I agree with Lilith being better Mostly because it technically cheats the game. Characters that are limited (T Isaac) don't have Lilith use counted against them. It can give you items in situations where you were unable to gain any

Fun fact magic mushroom does not show up on guppy's eye. I found this out because I was in caves with guppy's eye and out of the 100 mushrooms, I found not a single one had a pill our anything showing up.

I am definitley late but Best take when it comes to soul stones (or whatever they're called) Soul of Lillith is overrated, yes I KNOW i can get any familiar, but any familiar can also kill me. Soul of Isaac is essentially a free trial of Tainted Isaac, without the disadvantage of 8 (or 16) slots
