This video was worth it to find out about Secret Reverse, which I'd never heard of. Kudos for that. I liked Spider-Man loves Mary Jane more than I thought I would. Especially at the time I was more of a Gwen stan and she was definitely not my favorite love interest, but overall it was a fun little Spidey book. I'm also a lot older than you, but I feel the same way about it just being implanted in my brain since birth. I remember being incredibly excited for the 1994 cartoon even though I had never read a comic book or seen a TV show with Spider-Man in it at the time. But somehow I already knew.

First spiderman comic i ever touched was the spiderman vs venom final confrontation 30th anniversary. Started some of the classic comics and the bigger stories, read both ultimate spider-men after becaming disinterested with the more current run. Got back in around superior spidey, and got turned off again after the clone conspiracy. Renew your vows was dope as hell though! Nowadays, I seldom touch comics and mostly just watch plot summaries on yt or read them online. Sick collection!

My first Spider-Man comic was a short free comic. I don't know where I got it or what issue it is, but I remember the ending where Spider-Man ties Ock up and hangs him near a seafood stand, and there's a "fresh octopus" sign hung right next to him.
