Thank you for this beautiful video. Please i want to ask for university of regina phd program. Please do you know if they offer funding with the LOA. I know for Msc you can get funding when you arrive ans make good grades. But my question is for PhD. If i find a supervisor for an engineering program will i get some funding with the letter of acceptance.

Yes you can get admission alongside funding for PhD if your supervisor has possible funding for you.

I know someone who got a scholarship while still in Nigeria in the Education department in my school. It is possible but it is highly dependent on the school/program criteria for scholarships.
