Hi Vayna! How do you balance being a wholesaler, realtor, and investor? Do you have assistants? How do you market being all? I'm a new wholesaler, been cold calling for a few days now. I eventually want to get my real estate license, while also being a real estate investor. However, I don't want to overwhelm my schedule. Any advice?

I must ask, you said the ARV was 500k and needed 40k in work? The buyer paid you 440k with 40k in work plus closing costs in two transactions the buyer is actually upside down. Why would a buyer do this deal? Thank you,

no there is no commission involved
