you do realize that with promotion you have to declare your channel a business with promotions and it will display your address to the public?

Do you think it is worth it for me if recently started uploading 4 videos 50 views 4 subscribers it not going so well but do you think i should promote and if so which tier for best amount of views and subs please reply

Hard to say if it's worth it because it all depends on your goals and budget. Then your targeting will depend on your audience and the type of content you make. I'd say do a small experiment for like $25-50 and go from there.

So these feel like bots then. 10K subs but barely 100veiws doesn't make sense.

I was surprised by that as well. But my guess is because I targeted non tier 1 countries to keep costs low. I might try it again with only tier 1 and see.
