I love the composition of your frame and feel of your set.

The B &B stuff has a lot of alcohol denat in it. That ingredient is basically clean alcohol, and it's not something you want to put on your hair or on your skin. Using it only occasionally is fine - I have a similar thing for occasions like wedding etc - but I wouldn't recommend it for regular usage. If you want to get body in a less harming way, I recommend two things: 1. blow dry your hair with your head turned down, and when you are done, take all your hair in a bun on top of your head while the hair is still hot from blow drying, don't secure it with a hair tie but rather with a claw hair clip. I use 3 smaller clips on 3 sides of my bun and this also works as a non-damaging hair-protecting sleeping hairstyle. Usually I dry my hair like this in the evening, I sleep with all the hair clipped on top of my head, and when I let it down in the morning, I have amazing volume and waves too. 2. Using a hot oil treatment. For this I recommend any oil of your choice + LINSEED OIL! Linseed oil is literally a holy grail for nice hair and volume. I usually mix 1-2 teaspoons of linseed oil plus half teaspoon ricinus oil and 1-2 teaspoon jojoba oil. I don't recommend coconut oil because that can clog your pores on your head and lead to hair loss. So take the mixture and massage it onto the skalp with your fingertips gently and also the remaining can go on your actual hair. You do not need to soak your hair in the oil. 4 teaspoons altogether are more than enough. You get enough nourishment for that and it won't be a nightmare to wash it out. Put your hair in a bun with clips, take a shower cap and put that on your oily hair, finally put a towel on the shower cap and sit like that for 1-2 hours. This way the heat coming from your head keeps everything in the shower cap warm and the treatment works better. When you shower, shampoo your hair twice to make sure that you have no remaining oil on your hair. I swear that you will notice a big change from the first time you are doing this. The oils create a soft layer on the hairs and give you a bigger body, also some of the oils get into the insides of the hairs and that make them thicker too. My hair looks twice as big when I am doing this. But it's enough to do this every 2 weeks, it's kinda time-consuming. All the other tips I love! I treat my hair similarly. The only big difference is that I do not really use any heat style other than my blowdryer, I try to avoid Alcohol Denat like it was the plague itself (because it kinda is lol). I just put it in that big old bun and let it out in the morning, wherever the hair looks too weird I use some flat iron but that's it. Also I color my hair from the roots every 2-3 months - I have naturally reddish brown hair but I like it a bit more red. I wrote out those long tips because those helped me to grew my hair fast, long, and strong while also coloring it. My hair was in terrible shape when I started taking better care of it and its so beautiful now I get comments on it all the time, it reaches my waist, it's thick, it's healthy and all. What really made a HUGE difference for me was not coloring it that often, only every 2-3 months and finding a hair dye that works amazingly and is free from all the bad stuff (no ammonium, ppd, resorcin, any of those) its called Brelil. If you are coloring it, you have to do it as rarely as you can, and with the most gentle dye. Also, Paul Mitchell products made a HUUUUGGGEEE difference on my damaged hair from the first time, I have been using them for 5 years now and I swear by them (the Super Strong 'family'). Plus: never brush your hair when it's wet and get a good brush - either a natural wooden one or a tanglee teezer or a fake tangle teezer :) I hope my tips can help someone to reach lumious hair goals!!

I felt so weak, couldn't swim, weight train or do yoga. I had zero energy and I actually felt like fainting. Once I started eating some healthy carbs like sweet and purple potatoes I felt way better. My hair’s original color is very similar to the color of yours with the exception of blonde highlights & is medium thickness. I received the Quai “wave” spray last month with a Sephora order! I also use a microfiber towel for my hair. This is the first time I’ve heard of the shampoo & conditioner you are using. I LOVE the fragrance notes & immediately looked for it online at Sephora & so, so, so happy I found that it iS a “new” item they’re carrying here in the USA! As you didn’t have a link where it could be ordered & sent to the USA. I had not seen it at Sephora before. There are 3 things that I really splurge on buying myself & that’s 1)good skincare, 2)good hair products, & 3)good foundation/makeup!! Everything else I spend on family!! I have adopted so many beauty products for my routine, as result of your videos! You explain things so well, don’t do the crazy unrealistic makeup, that others do, and your personality cracks me up😂. Your hair does look beautiful but I would be remiss if I didn’t say anything about the Olly supplements; there is just too much “junk” in them for the amount of nutrients... you can purchase tbe vitamin Biotin in various mcgs, I take 5,000, without all the sugar and fillers.... should always avoid any product that lists “natural flavors” as anything can be included. Add a great multivitamin if you don’t want to buy the others individually, and you will get a healthier, more nutritious version.... all the best to you in the New Year.... appreciate all you do!

I have LONG thick, 2B type curls hair. My hair has always been incredibly shiny and healthy. I truly believe that genes play am important part and not just products. I do not color my hair but i do get a Brazilian Keratin treatment every 5 months or so. I've dabbled with all sorts of products from DYI natural to ridonculous expensive. I can tell you guys that the Aquis towel is truly amazing. Worth every cent. I can't remember how I ended up with my first one YEARS ago (maybe 10+) but have never used anything else since. I also use silk pillow cases as the material is ideal to care for your skin and hair. Lastly, don't spend your money on clarifying shampoos. Do a patch test first as some people are highly allergic to vinegar. In a 50ml bottle (get them at Daiso, dollar store, Muji, or travel section art your local store) mix equal parts of your shampoo and white vinegar. Wash your hair making sure you massage scalp well. Rinse, use conditioner of your choice and voila! The softest, shiniest hair you have seen outside of your hair salon. Hope this helps guys!

Absolutely love your video and the information. Will be giving those suggestions a try. Thank you. I too recently had to stop the Keto myself for the same reason. Literally I feel like I’ve lost half of my hair. I was crushed because I had lost almost 30 lbs and really didn’t want to stop. This is the 2nd x I try keto and it happened before but not as bad.. Btw I have always taken my multivitamin, minerals , biotin etc but that still didn’t stop the obscene hair loss.

If you loose hair on Keto it’s probably from missing nutrients. Clean keto is eating natural foods and lots of vegetables! A variety of vegetables! Adding vitamins and trace minerals is important. Be careful when buying low quality vitamins from big stores because they are mostly synthetic ingredients and that can be a problem with the body. Buy all natural vitamins. Eat high quality, nutrient dense foods and mostly omega 3 fats, not all omega 6 fats. Happy New Year! 🎉❤️✨

Is there a vitamin that we can buy in Europe? I lost half of my hair this year too. It was also a vitamin deficiency (iron), but I buy regular biotin now. I'd love to find a better biotin supplement.
