While it may seem kind to say you hope she gets her hearing one day, she may feel perfectly happy being deaf. Deaf people are not broken, they are perfect as they are!

Something good to note about (the majority of) Deaf people is that they're a community, and they don't see their Deafness as a burden - in fact many of them are proud of their deafness. It's like a culture almost. ASL is honestly, surprisingly (To me at least), extremely expressive and very wonderful to learn.

She can’t get her hearing “back”. She never lost it. She was born deaf.

She is only one of the deaf the Lord has sent here to spread the gospel to those who cannot hear right now but when they leave this world they will hear just fine every word because in the next world you don't have to communicate with moving their lips. Communication it is transmitted through the mind and heart. Just like in prayer you don't even have to speak before the Lord knows your heart even before you speak. I'm sure it would be a blessing not to be able to hear all the noise everywhere we go. It is really a gift 2B deaf even blend. Look at Ray Charles whenever he sings America the Beautiful. He sings America the Beautiful like he has got to view America with his own two eyes. Sure we all need help. That's why we are all in the Lord's vineyard. Yes you will even find some under a shade tree not doing anything but then you have the rest working hard. She has a wonderful testimony and a message with it. This is why it really matters when we can pray for others handicaps sickness health and all the changes in life Journey everyone has! That is the true love of Christ I have found. One of the secrets I have found in life is not a secret at all. Repentance is a remarkable thing. It certainly gets rid of the burdens of life. That's when real life begins with joy and happiness and that's the way the Lord designed us and the universe. You may say you don't know how to repent. There is a lot of people that do not know how to repent. Get down on your knees and ask God to forgive you with real intent. It may cost you quite a few tear and that's okay because the tears are collected in heaven in your behalf and not only that it will heal your heart and mind. Close in the name of Jesus Christ always! Amen

A very special woman communicating with the world with her Limited speech. It is really too bad many people are out there that still cannot hear the Lord and anyone else that tries to explain things of God even scriptures and they cannot hear playing speech. That's why it's so important that we pray before we speak anything of Jesus Christ. So everyone would have the opportunity to feel the spirit instead of words. That is the way God communicates with all of us is through feeling of the heart and mind and also truth.

@@adamcaesareden9855 I will certainly try to connect you somehow. I'm not a computer whiz but I pray that the Lord will guide my hand. Please be patient in China there is a lot going on there. I can promise you one thing that Lord knows your heart. Be patient and keep praying so we can get you connected with the Lord's Church. That was a wonderful testimony and there are many many more keep searching on lds.org you will be amazed how the Lord has guided this church. At least I am amazed all the time. I can say one thing it stands above any other Church in the world.

Yes. I found it to be very inclusive since my return. Of course I like to put myself and my crazy ideas out there to throw flavor into the conversations. But then again, I go to church to worship God and learn of Him🙏🏼💞🌻

Hello Daniel I am so happy that you found support in Christ and His Church. My grandsons are 12 and 5 and both on the Autism Spectrum.
