This is such perfect timing for me. My girls are 2.5 and 5 months. The tantrums and disobedience from my 2 year old is insane. I want to teach my toddler about Jesus and set the foundation with her so her sister sees that and follows her example. I came to Christ at 2 months postpartum when the enemy really had me thinking I should have never had children, that I was selfish for doing so and they’d be better off without me. The lord has called us to have children and raise them up to join his army and fill his kingdom so no wonder there is such an attack on mothers. I am still learning so much but I am trying to raise my children to please the lord and choose him over the things of the world unlike what happened to me. I absolutely love my parents but they raised me as a lukewarm Christian. I knew about Jesus but my parents were not living a Christian life. They never went to church or explained to me why we needed Jesus just to pray when we need something. I want my relationship with the lord to be the best example for them to follow.

His timing is always perfect! Oh girl do I understand 😅 you are so right! The enemy KNOWS the influence that we have to build the Lords kingdom and wants nothing more than to keep us in bondage and to feed us lies! It’s so easy to get in our everyday routine and forget what is truly important. I love your heart mama! ❤️

I’m so happy you made a video like this! It’s been weighing heavy on my heart on how I can bring Jesus more into our daily lives. Obviously we go to church every Sunday, pray before every meal, in the mornings and at bedtime. However, I want to do more! My kids are 5, 3 and I’m expecting my 3rd baby in October. I’m not perfect and I don’t have all the answers but I want to be able to answer any questions my children may have. I want them to know exactly who Jesus is without any doubt.

I am so grateful that I found this video! I always wondered how much gentle parenting was actually teaching a kid. I think it's good to help kids understand their emotions but there should always be consequences for their actions. I love your take on this so much!
