I don’t remember the exact date of when I subbed, but I know it was recent! I’ve been binge-watching your videos, and I mean no exaggeration when I say that every video of yours that I watch, I have this STRONG urge to ball my eyes out, because I relate to SO much of what you’ve been through, especially as a Christian woman in her 20’s. Of all the hundreds of videos I’ve seen on this topic, this is the most encouraging. I can’t even put into words how badly I pray to have a story remotely close to this one. I’m always asking God for signs. Ive always desired to have an almost immediate soulmate tie where God gives us obvious signs that we are for eachother. I’m so lonely. Hey Nastasia! I just found your channel today and I just want to say thank you so much for this video. I'm only 15, but a week ago I ended my one and a half year relationship because it didn't push me towards God, it pulled me away. And the whole week I have been worried out of my mind about my future (I'm quite the worrier). When you mentioned the pornography thing, that resonated with me more than you could EVER know. My boyfriend didn't struggle with that during the relationship, but I would cry almost every night over the fact he had in the past. I hated myself for it because I know I didn't have the right to selfishly hold that over him if I want forgiveness too, but it just absolutely broke my heart. And now that we have broken up, to save that same heartache, one of my new expectations is exactly what you said! And I was so happy to find I'm not alone in having this standard, but then I realised I might never even find a guy who fits that standard in these times.😔 But when you said Cai had never I just couldn't believe it I was so happy! It gives me so much hope that there is a Godly man out there for me, and that it's possible I might meet someone who has never struggled with it. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You have noo idea how helpful this was. I haven't watched a video that brought me so much hope in a long time. The funny thing is, I haven't been looking for love or pursuing that lately. So much so that it almost worries me. Because I've thought to myself, Lord I'm still not ready but by the time I am will it be too late? I’m sorry to tell you, but statistically speaking, if the guy didn’t have any struggles with sexual desires while single, then he’s rather asexual or lying. There are men who are completely addicted, men who struggle but have control over it for the most part, and there are men who don’t watch porn but still struggle with their sexual desires, and men who are just asexual and have no sexual desires. If your husband has sexual desires (which is a part of why we marry, because the Bible says “it is better to marry than to burn with passion”), then in all likelihood they have struggled during singleness to control their sexual desires and very likely has struggled with pornographic material at some point in his life. You made a wise choice to not want to date or marry a man who had uncontrollable addictions that controlled him, but it’s not right to reject men who struggle with sin but at least win most of the time. Besides, the Bible clearly stated that those who are single but “burn with passion” aren’t sinning or being evil; but that it is better to marry than to continue to burn with passion.
