How I Landed My Dream Job After 19 Years of Trying

Жыл бұрынI had always been a fan of video games and tech since I was a kid, and I set my sights on getting into the games industry after graduating college. It took 19 years and a few career jumps but I finally got in. How long will it last? I don't know, but I'll be happy while it lasts!

Oh wow! Congrats!!! I know I had a fleeting dream of game deving years ago. While I've accepted game deving is not for me, I love that you've achieved your dream. But don't let your dream and passion exploit you. Game dev for example are very good at being dream/passion for every young people and the exploitation really destroys many dev's life. I know you're mostly in marketing but still don't let your dreamy brain take over your rational brain.
