Alina Vandenberghe co-founded Chili Piper in 2016 as a completely remote international company. The start-up’s software helps companies like Spotify, Airbnb, Twilio and Shopify improve their scheduling and streamline their contact forms. A Romanian native with a passion for connecting people across cultures, Vandenberghe believes in prioritizing humanity and mission, especially now during the Russian invasion of Ukraine as Chili Piper has valued employees in both countries.

Im not an MBA but can someone explain why a huge company like Airbnb needs to outsource 'scheduling and contact forms'
@MilenaKoncar
@MilenaKoncar Жыл бұрын
Cause thats the way it is now. It saves huge or small companies a lot of money to hire remotely. They dont have to pay for physical offices, expenses, etc.

they don't "outsource" they just make sure for the business to business arm they can talk faster with their clients (instead of them filling out a form and waiting a long time for someone to get back they can get to an airbnb team member in real time

This is title is incredibly misleading. If you are not going to say "how you did it" then best to use a title that appropriately states what you wish to showcase with the video. The proper title of this video should be "Let's waste your time by telling you random nonsense".

Ok soooooo to re-cap. Learn how to code. Then figure out what to create that all other companies need. Then be smart enough to bring it to market without someone else stealing the idea before you can even make money. Then,.......just scale said company to 220 people successfully and know how to do that and manage that......got it. So just, all the things. That's like saying, just go and start a new cola cola. Easy right? 😏

When she said; "I can't imagine what it would feel like to be sitting in a basement with your little ones and a missile comes flying in." 😑 I mean, isn't this what the people of Palestine have been enduring for almost have a century now in the hands of Isreal, as the world turns a blind eye to them?
