I wanted to talk about something very important for us as women today which is being in control of our emotions and not making regretful decisions. I know my method may not work for everyone, but it absolutely works for me!
I hope you learn a few things that you may be able to take with you in your life so that you can make better decisions.
Until next time ❤️

Girl.. this is confirmation for me.. glad I clicked on your video. This is my exact story.. except I was in my mid-late 20’s… in Alabama (family in NY), no support around me except my daughters dad and his family. At least your daughters father proposed to you and wanted to take care of you, even if it wasn’t a good deal in the end. Breaking up was very emotional for me too, but I’m so glad I left out of state and two years later I’m doing so much better in life. I could’ve stayed and had more kids too.. but like you said this is a moment I had to use my logic. Despite the comments I understand you. Because I relate. Better to leave and get on your feet than to stay and get left while you’re unstable (financially or otherwise). You did the right thing. And so did I. ❤ New subbie babe. Thank you for this.

I hear you Sis. Thank you so very much. YOU are BEAUTIFUL 😍 I AM using My Soft Life Season to Build an Empire 👑 l thank GOD for the time and support of masculine energy to be able to do it as it’s a Jungle out here for ambition women. I have done soooo much ALONE 😅 for my entire adult life and truly grateful for the soft season I have been blessed with BUT l AM “still” pushing forward with My Dreams and Visions but with some much needed support from someone other than myself. One thing that kept me in “my man-mode” was actually not having a “sufficient” man in my life. Now, having the appropriate masculinity present in someone else, I have been able to resume or rise in my femininity and let go of the overbearing masculine energy within myself. REAL MEN do want to take care of us BUT they do not want us to be completely helpless and dependent upon them. We are helpmates both men and women to one another. Having a GOOD man in our lives should empower us to do what we may not be able to do alone…but we should not be “helpless” but allow them to be “helpful” for our highest best good. 👑 Thank you sis. I appreciate and respect your inspiring journey and thoughtful insights. Many Blessings 🙏🏾❤

Yessss! I absolutely love that for you!! Having that type of support changes the game ESPECIALLY when it’s with the right person! I now live that same life with the RIGHT person and what I’ve been able to accomplish is mind blowing! Stay in that soft life season babe. Very proud of you 🥰

It was really nice hearing your story. Do you have any advice on how to turn your emotions off?
@AdriannaMason
@AdriannaMason Күн бұрын
Yes start with being SELF AWARE and being slow to react and respond! This will help you keep yourself in check emotionally (aka turn your emotions off) when you’re focusing on making life altering decisions! Really hope this helps ❤️

@@AdriannaMason I clicked because title of how I learned.... I was sure there would be instructions. What did she do to manage this, instead it was why you should....

@@a.a.6762It was about what I personally learned for myself and I gave examples of what I had to do based on certain situations in hopes of others being able to use those examples in their life as well. I know that some people learn differently than others, which is probably why the persons who made this original comment expressed it was valuable info to her , BUT I understand that you would have liked more instruction vs examples and just in case others feel the same way I will do another video to give more detailed steps! I hope you enjoy that video a bit more!

You are neither crazy, nor wrong. Women do have the ability to regulate our emotions and turn them off - we see this especially with women who have experienced severe trauma. You are simply advocating for choosing to turn them off, or at least down and tapping into logic to enable sensible decision making.

It starts by being self aware and making sure that that you know what you want your end goal to be so that you can stay focused and make decisions that are in alignment with that end goal … regardless of how you might feel emotionally about a person or situation ❤

You manifested failed relationships. Masculine men desire to take of their woman. When you show and tell a man you don’t need them they are going to find someone who does. Nothing wrong with wanting to learn responsibility. But if I am hearing you correctly, you had a man willing to allow you to learn that with him. Emotional stability is embracing someone loving you and knowing who to be vulnerable with and not.
@AdriannaMason
@AdriannaMason 25 күн бұрын
No you’re not hearing me correctly at all. He was not a “masculine man” at 18 years old lol but he had great intentions even though my intuition was correct in why I shouldn’t take him up on his offer and I’m SO GLAD I LISTENED TO MY LOGIC!

This 100%. She is smart for getting it together herself but her life would’ve been easier if she let him tc of everything while also learning life too. Could’ve doubled the bag. I’m glad she still came on top though. It is what it is.

@@riasb Nooo. Without dragging him through the mud all I will say is that my life would NOT have been better had I let him help. His help would have come with so many strings and things that would have been difficult to bounce back from because of who he was especially at that young age. You have to be able to hear my story without any preconceived notions or projecting what good men you’ve seen help their girlfriend because unfortunately, that wasn’t my story.
