I am using my monthly calendar as a one word to describe my day. I have drawn boxes and shapes in each square to put my one word for my feelings that day. Your videos are wonderful.

Thank you! I LOVED using the stress management planner last year. It’ll be fun to see how this one compares when I use it. I considered doing both, but I already have too many planners. Just one wellness related one is good. 😅

I just got this planner too. I found it at Big Mike's (Micheal's). I have a happy planner I use for work already. I've been wanting one for my personal life. Thank you for your video. It is very helpful. I have been struggling with how to use this one. Self-care and wellness do not come naturally to me lol.

I am using this planner as well. I plan to use the monthly calendar for a month wellness/self care challenges. Things like take a walk outside or take a bath. Haven’t worked it all out yet.
