@@bigfootnmore6619 I went from ~300 pounds or so down to ~180 (reason I’m not exactly sure on the numbers is because I didn’t wanna use scales, I didn’t want numbers to get in the way of what I was doing) and I did all that by honestly just dieting, I should have been working out but I just cut out all sugar (much as I physically could) drank water and cut my portion sizing down A LOT. It makes ya feel soooo much better getting that weight off. I’m currently 28 and my legs were killing me while working ( I run my own suspended ceiling company) and once I started getting rid of that extra weight I could tell a massive deference while working. You can do it I believe in you. It’s hard though not going to act like it isn’t. The hardest part is starting to be honest. Hope the best for you! You got this!

I'm saddened that no one responded to your question after all this time. I'm a believer but I'm probably not the best person to answer your questions but I'll try. I went through some things in my childhood that were similar to your experience. I have an understanding in my situation. I made it and I know what I went through as a child still goes on today. I worked in our court system as an adult and I know what I saw with the understanding how much is not reported? I got myself and family involved in church and youth ministry and also an after school program for young girls with the help of my adult friends. We introduced them all to our Lord and Saviour and gave them hope. Helping children seemed to help me in my adult life but I would not have been able to do this without HIM and other christian women. Forgiveness is priceless, you have to forgive the person that hurt you and for me I had to forgive myself because I felt dirty. I was not about to allow what happened to me to rule the rest of my life. I found God and I prayed for peace and the ability and strength to help our youth. You can have peace of mind from HIM and you will find comfort as well. I hope this helps. God Bless You!
