Regaining control of your KZfaq watching habit can feel daunting. As someone who is continuously trying to break the KZfaq cycle of watching hours of videos every week, today I show you my detox strategies for maintaining healthy screen time and mindful online habits when using KZfaq.
I've always had screens and tech in my life, as someone born in 2000, and smartphones and social media are just a part of the way I have experienced the world. On my channel I share my experiences with social media, and take you on my journey towards digital minimalism and managing the digital distractions of everyday life.
