Your house is so beautiful. Take your time finding furniture. The longer you live in it the more you’ll know what works for the space. There’s a surprisingly large amount of downtime with a baby. You’ll find the time to get everything complete. My baby is three months old and I certainly don’t complete my to do list as quickly as I once did but it does get done. Give yourself grace. You are creating and nurturing life!

Nursing tips. Buy the shields that go in your bra so fabric doesn’t rub on them in the beginning and wear a bathing suit top in the shower. The feeling of water on my nipple when they were sore was so much more painful than I thought. Look into the breast warmer/massager. Helps so much if you get a clogged milk duct. My favorite hack for nursing is wearing a nursing tank top with a large shirt on top or comfy sweater . This way I’m covered and more comfortable wherever I have to nurse her. Best of luck!
