In need of a bead blaster/ bead seater, I decided to build one by utilizing leftover parts in my garage. I'll show how this is done, one step at a time, and hope you enjoy watching.
A bead blaster delivers a large volume of highly pressured air into the cavity of a tubeless tire to help "seat the beads" of the tire to the wheel assembly. Many tubeless tires have extremely stiff sidewalls and the beads of these tires will not seat properly by just pumping air through the valve stem.
From my garage, I'll show you how to repair medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including maintenance, air brakes, tires, driveline, steering and suspension, and overhaul and engine rebuilds.
I will also be posting videos where:
-You will see how I resolve truck and trailer related issues, steering, transmission, rear end etc.
-I'll repair components such as doors, floors and side panels.
-I perform general or routine welding.
Hope you enjoy!!!
