Thanks for the nice compliment! I am subscribed to you on my other channel and enjoy your videos as well. I am currently working on a couple new shows however they are not for this version of the fountain. I am building a new fountain with huge upgrades over this design and all new choreography. The area of my backyard where this fountain is located is being re-landscaped to accommodate a new large in-ground pond that the new fountain design will be built in. I will be uploading a few videos showing the building process of the new fountain until it is completed (hopefully in a couple weeks). Thanks for watching!

Hello, how did you control the pump? Is it a dmx dimmer? And how did you change the servo control voltage to 5v? Thank you

Sorry for the late reply... somehow I missed this comment before... I control the pumps through an AC Light-O-Rama controller. It is a Triac-based controller but I do not dim the pumps. They will only respond to 100% on and off commands. As for the servo controller, it has a dial built-in that allows you to select the precise voltage that is going to the servos.

Epic!!! But can the servos be submerged? I've been looking hard for a solution for my own big oarsmen (around DN40 threads)

It wouldn't be easy to make them fully submersible. There are remote controlled boat and submarine hobbyists that have waterproofed servos enough to go underwater for a short time but I'm not sure how they would do being underwater for long periods of time.

@@LidicoFountains i think you could use 2 water-resistant servos (for the forward backward and left right motion) and place them above water level, then run a gear train down to the oarsmen nozzle (or a rubber belt and pulley). for splash-proofing you could make a little shroud or a box surrounding each of the servos

debug is suggesting a good idea, the "problem" is small servos can not move much mass, Lidico likes to make fountains with "normal sized" jets, not "miniature" jets as grant uses. 🙂 Sadly I don't have moving jets either. 😣
