I think going for the Rune Crossbow this way is a bad idea. Have you looked at the Lucky Impling drop table? I've heard they spawn pretty often in Morytania.

Safe prayer training!! This may be late but I just watched Woolys video and he got 43 prayer delivering notes for the Old Wise Man and using the drop trick to delivery a full inv of letters at once. Got 43 prayer very quickly with no danger of any damage

If you do the biohazard quest and have to transfer the few quest items simply charter, then world hop to f2p. The items are now members item and you can teleport to varrock. After that world hop back to members and walk the little distant you have left.

Make it one of those lenticular posters (i.e., pictures that have different images if you look at it from different angles) that starts with the CL3 heatmap and then transitions to a max level heatmap to represent the nightmare mode journey.

The thing I love the most about this serious is the intensity. Shows or movies never make me feel a rush even close to how it felt seeing the unexpected fight arena scorpion or you miss-clicking the railing in the training camp. As someone who watched both swampletics and tileman as they were released this is my favorite series and I am excited every Wednesday now :)

I was patiently waiting for a new vid to drop, so I could write this for the third time in the hopes of you seeing this Settled! 😅 I suggest enhancing the Heat Map by transitioning the color from red to green either at the conclusion of each episode or when you reach a specific Combat Level. This change could signify reaching a point where you no longer need to concern yourself with specific monsters in an area. It would add an enjoyable visual element to illustrate the progression of your account. Can't wait to see Phase 1 completed - this is the best series in a while on KZfaq! Next episode is gonna be so insane, we all know it!!😵💯

Just a tip for when safe spotting things like the mourner at 6:50, you could tag the NPC's true tile and get an extra tick or 2 of time to react if he starts moving towards you.

I'm glad you are doing the risky crazy arch instead of the safer deranged archeologist for the reunite limbs and then just crafting the RCB. It's way more exciting and makes me hype for the next episode.

actually deranged arch would be impossibly rng on an account like this. Tar beasts are REALLY hard to pass by and not take damage and there's an rng check with the spiked mushroom every time you go to deranged arch. I had a skiller pure account (during leagues) that had to brute force getting over there for the mushroom tree to try to get a mushroom for a task. Plus! you have to go thru that god forsaken swamp at least once to unlock a safe way of getting to him easily I even remember trying to use hoop snakes to like distract them or whatever and it was not a safe method for an account that can't take damage.

my head cannon of what they do with the cats: They use the young cats to catch and kill rats to help fight the plague and once they become overgrown or lazy they eat them for food (desperate times). the reason they dont take the kittens and raise them is they dont have the resources to grow them safely so they pay adventurers to do it

I’m really enjoying the videos, I’m one of the few who has played very little RuneScape but still watches your videos religiously. I just don’t have fun with the grind but watching you grind gets my fix. I’ve enjoyed watching swampletics, McTile, and now lowlife. Keep it up man! Also not sure if the crossbow is worth it 😶 what if you grinded and just crafted it yourself?

If you are worried about accidentally moving while attacking kalphites or other monsters there’s a nifty plug-in called stand guard. Yanille chunk locked used it to prevent himself from moving out of his chunk. It might apply here as well

you might have to look into this more but iirc u can get single use royal seed pods that let u teleport out of up to level 30 wildy by doing the gnome Restaurant which you dont actually need to do any quests for

Yes, and that minigame also has mithril, addy, and rune bolts as a reward, which is also useful. Also: gnome scarf = peak fashionscape.

Little spoiler: if he’s telling us about going for the rune crossbow in the wilderness that means he’s already done it. Considering it wasn’t in this video that most likely means he didn’t die doing it. Im kinda of curious if you are going to impliment a sort of fail safe for when you complete phase 1 like another life in the bank or something along those lines, its not necessarily in the spirit of the challenge but it seems like getting the firecape is going to be a 70ish hour journey. Honestly as much as I love this challenge I’d prefer to see a series where whatever your hp level is that’s your life points permanently. You start with 10hp if you take 7 damage you permanently have 3hp from now on and every level you get in hp increases your life by +1. It’s still a very intense series but allows you to take more risks and could last way longer if you play safely. Would allow access to way more quests and activities that you deem worthy of risking your permanent hp for, you could prepare for difficult tasks by leveling up your hp ahead of time. LIKE PLEASE SO SETTLED CAN SEE *edit rs3 player here, referred to it as constitution instead of hp lol

If it helps ease your conscience, I have given a cat for death runes for a task in RS3. If I recall correctly, the guy just wants it to help deal with all the rats in the area.

The biohazard chemicals dont get deleted anymore. It got stealth updated when SotE was coming out. I always remember them disappearing when you teleport because I did it on og RS2 but thats been mandela effected now

I hope he remembered to do the easy Ardougne diary. You get double the amount of death runes for each cat, and the only risk involved is the Wilderness level.
