How I make eyes stare. Part 1. In the head. Automata tutorial.

I am making an animatronic for the Mechanical Art & Design Museum in Stratford upon Avon. Well worth a visit.
In a previous tutorial I have shown how I make eyes look up and down. In this one I show how I make them stare. In another video on my channel I show how I control the movement of the eyes without needing any extra cams.
The animatronic that it is based upon is called A Private Conversation and can be seen on my website.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and know how. You have inspired me to try to emulate you, I hopping you will release more plans. I would love to see a video on the cnc side of things.

Thanks for commenting Brett. I am glad that I have been of help to you. I am planning to make a continuing series of videos. I have plenty of source materials. So far I have not gone into detailing the digital/CNC side of making for fear of reducing what is already a niche audience. (My next video does have a little brass milling). Maybe I am misguided. I wonder what others think.

@@timhull8664 Thank you. I keep trying to improve. There is certainly a massive difference between my early work and now. When I started I had very little equipment. Now, after continually investing in tools, I can hardly get in there. Each piece takes more and more time to make of course.
