again here to share a quick and healthy recipe for baby 😇
Ingredients
carrots
Ghee
Milk
cinnamon powder
Method
wash and Peel off the carrots and grate them finely heat up a pan and add little ghee after that add the grated carrots in it and saute it for five minutes then add milk as much as required nd stir it well, add a pinch of cinnamon powder to give it a nice flavour and essence and cook it well till it becomes soften.
serve it to your baby with love❤️he/she will definitely love it 👍
Note - Avoid any kind of sweetener as it is not recommended till one year and carrots have natural sweetness.
Do not introduce any kind of solids before 6 months.
people who are not giving regular milk can wait till the completion of one year or can skip milk in the recipe.
Give proper milk (breast milk or formula
milk) till one year to your baby.
