Wow I had no idea I’m glad I watched this one. I’m guilty of clicking the skip button most of the time and I like all the utubers I’m subscribed to and you guys deserve to get paid for your good content that helps us. Thank you.

I myself get exhausted hearing content creators / influencers stop in the middle and sell a product. And I know that every word they are saying is scripted, makes me disappointed.

I do this fun little thing for certain creators, including this channel.. not sure if it works but hey hopefully it does. I’ve created playlists of random videos from various channels. At night I’ll plug my phone in, mute it and let ‘em roll all night long. No ads skipped and if there’s an hour long ad, I “watch” the whole thing.

One thing you didn't mention is that if I used your link to Amazon and decided I wouldn't buy the item but then bought something else instead, because the link used was yours, you will get commission of that too. I have heard that the cookie stays there for a while, but I'm not sure how long. If I return within a certain time frame to Amazon, you still get commission. No problem, this end, at least someone except Bezos is making a bit. I actually hate adverts and refuse to watch them, but...... I realise how important it is to the creator. So I went with KZfaq Premium. My understanding is that you get a proportion of that ad revenue for the percentage time I watched the vlog. I'm sure that's right. So it is a win-win for both of us. No adverts to watch, and you still get paid. If I've got anything wrong on here, please let me know, but I am sure I'm right. 🤔🙄

Thanks for watching. I believe that you are correct that if you use my product link but them end up purchasing a different item, we still get commission for that. Though I do also have Amazon banner links on my website that will let people support me and get whatever they were planning on buying. I don't know what time frame on returns for removing the commission though. I can tell you that January is a rough month for me with Amazon because of all the returns. I generally have a couple of negative days each week. Now, I did forget to mention that I still get credit from KZfaq if you are a KZfaq premium person. Us creators do not loose out if you are a KZfaq Premium viewer.

Not gonna lie i let ads play out because i know it's one of the only ways youtube creators make money. Except those hour and a half long bowl movement ads. I tend to skip those.

But what happens when people have a KZfaq subscription and they don't get ads. Does KZfaq just pocket all the subscription premium or does KZfaq share

No, we get a cut if our viewers have KZfaq Premium. It's right about the same as a short 15 second ad, give or take. KZfaq has had to make adjustments over the years, but never left the creators high and dry.

Great video. I have a question that wasn’t covered about KZfaq premium. I pay monthly so I don’t see any ads on any videos, do KZfaq give creators like you a cut when premium subscribers view your videos? Just curious.

Great question. Yes, we do get a cut for viewers that pay for the premium. As far as I can tell it equals to the basic amount of a normal ad if played and watched.

Another question I have is do you offer paid coaching/ consulting calls? The reason I ask is I want to remodel my bathroom in my basement. I already purchased new vanity and you’ve given me confidence to remove sinks in my master bathroom. But I’m not happy with the quality of my walls in this particular bathroom their really flimsy have a seem running up the wall and a rubber baseboard. I’d love to have a video call to see the best way to approach things. I’ll also search your channel to see if you have a video on removing rubber baseboard and how to dry wall.

Just make videos that people want to see. A lot of hard work and determination. Also a bit of patience goes a long ways. As cheesy as it may sound, just asking people to subscribe in your video helps. You probably have to have well over 100,000 subscribers for sponsors to really look at you, and I am not there yet.
