So, my Korean Auntie usually does her rice after it cools. Like adds the rice vinegar, not saying adding it during cooking is bad though, just different from what she does! She used to hide the bowl from me and my cousin because we would keep eating the sushi rice before she could make anything else 🤣

It’s even better imo when you add rice wine vinegar salt and sugar to the rice. That’s how they make “sushi rice” and it’s so good.

Hey, I have a question. So I heard that sushi rice has a specific alcoholic beverage that’s used in it, Called Mirin. Did you use that to make your rice? Because it isn’t halal.
