You can do top dot at the end. Or do multiple dots to increase the plumpiness (Is that a word 😂, I hope you understand) and it will also hide the crack.

I use color mixing spatula. And blend the color and medium together we'll. Never faced any issue of air bubble with this. I will share you the picture in your inbox.

I have used Fevicryl acrylic paint here. Used a retarder Monte marte. Mentioned everything in the description. Thanks for your support.

I have added a very small fraction of retarder. Aim is to get a good consistency to make a good raised dot. Add it till you achieve that consistency.
