Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make a super easy and delicious pasteles de pollo y papa (chicken and potato cakes) let me tell you these are sooo delicious! Just make sure the dough stays hydrated if it feels dry just wet your hands ☺️
Tip!!! Shape out all the dough first then make the pastelitos it makes the process a lot easier
Ingredients: makes 8 pasteles more if you make them smaller
2 chicken breast with rib cooked with 3 green onions, 5 garlic cloves, chicken bouillon and salt
3 medium potatoes
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sour cream
1 red bell pepper
1 green pepper or 2 jalapeños
2 green onions
1/4 white onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 roma tomatoes
4 oz tomato sauce
1 sazón seasoning
Chopped cilantro
4 cups precooked corn meal
2 tbsp butter
3 cups chicken broth (from chicken)
Oil
Adobo Seasoning
