I do the same... my tech entrepreneurial side is now my full time career here , due to being able to trade stocks. Now I can do both from home as well. It's exciting. Limit my biz hours to five hours a day now. 9-2pm mon- thurs, fri 9-12pm. Entrepreneurial life and leisure after that.

You may want to start with blocking out all your meetings 3scrum, team, etc) and then block out tasks.

Also, what MBP configuration are you getting? I think I'm getting the 14" model with the Pro variant (16 core GPU) and 32gb of RAM. I was contemplating the Max variant but I don't think the extra bandwidth and GPU cores will matter for me as a developer, especially that I don't do lots of virtualisation and 2 external monitors are plenty. What do you think?
