I have been on this journey since 2020 and for some reason my sp has gone even more cold and distant. I have not received any contact for nearly a year now. My struggle is I don’t know if I want to manifest a SP or a new person? Obviously previous version of SP was not the ideal Version but after 2 yrs of no contact I still think about him and still love him deeply. But what if the new person is absolutely perfect??

For me personally whenever any negative thought pops up, I allow it and when “it’s” done I say “I do not align with this thought, I do not claim this thought, therefore this thought does not affect me”

I imagine my SP sitting on the sofa watching a ballgame or something while I'm in the kitchen cooking. I also imagine greeting him at the door when he first comes back and hugging and kissing him. When I wake up in the morning I imagine him sleeping next to me, and I get up on my side of the bed so as not to disturb him!
