@@abahesther3994 there’s honestly no formulas or short cuts here, it’s getting good at your craft, and applying for those vacancies when announced- look everywhere not just in your trust. If you fail one interview, keep the hope alive and keep applying. Don’t segregate yourself from your team members as well.

Blessings to you. I learnt something new from your video. I didn't know that as an overseas nurse on a work permit that you could go out to other hospitals other than your Trust to work. I thought the nurse had to work only in the trust that brought the nurse to the UK. However I do know that the nurse can change job if sponsored by another job. Well done to you. 🎉 I am also a nurse in the UK
