Before my little man passed, every time I pulled out my luggage to pack he would do the same thing. Lay in the empty luggage so I couldn’t put anything in it, then when I had it filled he’d lay on top. When I’d get to my destination and unpack, I’d always find a bone he buried in there and usually one of his stuffed animals he hid in there, like “Mom, don’t forget about me…come home soon”. It always made me laugh/smile and feel so sad at the same time. ❤

Just an idea: you could leave a second set of clothes on the bed, and halfway though the contract, your mom could mail them to you in Florida and you could send back what you were done with.

Currently on wonder of the seas on our honeymoon. This is both of our first cruise ever. The experience has been second to none. All of the crew has been great. Our state room attendent is amazing. He knew us by names. I will for sure be doing more royal cruises. Im hooked

I now keep a “cruise”suitcase with all of my cruise essentials and check off list, so I don’t forget things and ready to go! I finally went on my first cruise in April and am so addicted! It’s funny how different we all are. I hate thinking about clothing, so I buy the same top in different colors so I can just grab one to wear every morning. I only own one brand and style of pants and they are all I wear unless I’m in lounge clothes or it’s too hot for pants. Then I have two of the same pair of shorts I wear. Wearing the exact same thing every day actually makes me very happy. So packing for trips is usually an hour max for me. I’m very happy you have all your clothing to play with. We should all focus on what we enjoy!

I would pack a small box with one or two different items in each category. And have your mom send it to you halfway through the contract and then you pull out things that you are tired of wearing and send it back home, that way you get a little extra Variety in your seven month contract.
