Hello There!
During my last video I shared how to make some DIY packaging and marketing items. During this video, I share how I put it all together in a lovely package.
Bonus - I purchased packages over the last few months and saved them to share how other resellers package their items. I'm sure you know them!

Can you use the poly mailers for Posh, or do you have to use a Post Office box for Posh orders? I'm a Posh newbie. Love your channel! My posh name is Blush Leigh. :-)

Hi Barb! You can use any shipping packaging for Poshmark including plain or printed polymailers, amazon boxes (I save any boxes I get from my orders), and free usps shipping supplies. I would recommend the free boxes because it helps keep your expenses low. But, I totally get using some fun polymailers every so often. 😁💖

Can you make a video on how you budget for your packaging supplies please? I’m not sure what’s too much to spend and such

I can try for sure!! My short answer is that I calculate the price per piece. If I have a choice between 50 polymailers for 25 & 100 at 35, I'll pay the $35 because the cost per item is cheaper ($.35). Hope that makes sense. I always try to find good deals & use coupon codes. But, yes, I can definitely do a video on that. 😁💖

Jewel Butterfly thank you so much, I just started on posh so you would really help me out a lot! I’ve been trying to buy bulk branded stickers and postcards but they’re expensive.. so not sure if it’s best for me to DIY or splurge?

I really like your idea of using the clear plastic bags to protect the clothing item in. But I believe that a lot of people who are buying or selling pre loved items on poshmark, also keep Mother Earth in mind. Having said that, I think less plastic and less tissue paper should also be celebrated in an effort to produce less waste. :)

That's true and I use and recycle a lot of cardboard, tissue, and plastic. This is my business decision to use the bags to protect the items until they get to the customer. There is a message on my note that asks my customers to consider recycling the packaging items as well. Thank you for encouraging sustainable methods! We need more of you! 💖😁

I'm trying to excess your link. I can't pull it up. I'm trying to see where you got the plastic bag to package your sweater. One more thing can you tell me where to get the shaver for the sweaters or shirts?

Hey girlie, I just saw your post. Can you try to copy & paste in your browser? I just tried it and it seems to be working for me. As for the sweater shaver, I have the Conair one that I purchased sooo long ago. If I find it, I'll add it to my kit. I actually want to replace it with a cordless one. I'll let ya know.

watching this makes me feel bad with how i just shipped my first sold item.... i didn't have anything fancy to wrap it in.

Awww Tiffany, don't feel bad! It is definitely not a requirement to wrap your orders. As long as the buyer receives their item in great condition, they're typically super excited about that. I'm just extra. 😂 I actually look forward to wrapping my items. There are plenty of successful Poshers that send their items without the fancy wrapping, i.e. Nicole State and Empty Hanger. I've purchased from both of these Poshers and didn't get any cute wrapping, but I was excited/grateful to get such wonderful items. We also have to remember that the tissue and other supplies affects our bottom line. They're another business expense that could be better spent elsewhere. If it works for you & your business, great! If not, it's still great! I'm sure you can find another creative way to make the customer experience memorable. 💖
