To summarize the video in four brief points, there are a handful of things to consider when cookign up your own Chapter. Where are they from, what do they look like, how do they fight... and what are they called? No one of these questions necessarily comes first, and the answer to one might give you an idea for the others. Poring over Codex or Battletome artwork and wondering about adapting certain colour schemes can be a great kickstarter for painting ideas, and there's no shortage of Chapter name generators online if you're stuck for something that sounds right. From one small idea the rest can fall into place!
The Iron Castellans are a Successor Chapter of the Imperial Fists, specialising in close-range combat in dense environments, particularly heavily forested or jungle planets. Preferring to overwhelm their enemies with short, overwhelming firepower, they regularly follow up with close assaults to winkle their opponents out of cover and put them to the sword. Ordinarily eschewing repulsorlift equipment in favour of heavier equipment that leaves their mark on the surface of a world, they'll nonetheless make use of landspeeders or Impulsors if it would bring them to a more swift victory!
