I used this template for the first time today and I feel as light as a feather. I can see more than 3 hours in front of myself for the first time!! I tried planning on paper and it worked in a limited way - this is everything I needed to feel more in control and competent. I work on 15+ projects every month in my role and I've always struggled to prioritise the dozens of tasks required to take these one-off events from concept to delivery for individual clients. I really like the template and really works well as a catchall for all that I'm working on. My only note would be I would like if it could link to the Notion Calendar. Not just the To-Dos in the weekly plan but It would be amazing if for each Container it had its own calendar that way you can have different color using the notion calendar and then for each Associated Tasks for each Container if they could automatically populate in to the Notion calendar for easy Calendar Blocking. You can have a visual in the calendar of the colors of time you are spending for each container as well as the actually amount written down in the original template. I was trying to figure out how to do just that but I'm not super well versed in notion unfortunately.

I love this so much! I like the manual bits because all other "automated" task programs "set it and forget it" means I actually forget it...and this one just roughly time blocks, but doesn't set actual time blocks in a calendar, which usually somehow makes me never work in those blocks.

Thank you so much for making this video and also providing the notion template!! I'm just starting to try it out but already I'm shocked at how much time all my tasks are taking me each week. I kept beating myself up for not getting enough done and now I see why I wasn't able to. I have wayyyy too many tasks and projects I'm doing all at once. Hello @deya! I really love your vibe and thanks for putting a name to the kind of small business owner I want to be. I have been using this template since May and it has been so fun and motivating to use! I have been using other templates and none worked as well like this one of yours in keeping me going, so thank you! After using it for these months, I wanted to ask if there's a way to add a summary of the hours in each category on the main page so I can keep track of my progress overall and see where I need to put more time into, without having the click back into each of the weeks and get the hours manually.. hope that makes sense!

Again, this is wonderful. I've tried a couple of Notion templates before but they just seemed like so much work and they didn't stick with me. But this seems to be so user friendly because you actually use it all the time. I hope this one will finally stick! :D

I'm trying so hard to get my motivation to change my career and life, i work in construction, 7am to 5:30, plus 2 hours of travelling, live an hour away, the mental drain the work gives is a lot, where I'm done by time i get home, and weekends doing home things and just still feel drained, like I don't deserve to try and just stay doing that work, but I actually need to change it because I'm the fall I have surgery on my elbow and doctor said i need to change my career because it's just keep hurting my body, but I've been found this for 20+ years, so trying to learn excel and other computer skills slowly, i just have this fear of not landing a job because i have no experience, but also would love to create my own online store, it's just the mental drain, i have the ideas on a notebook, it's just getting that motivation, but I'm surrounded by the negative influence at work and at home. This is going to sound like first world problems but something I struggle with is getting motivated to expand our business since it’s my side hustle and already bringing in close to $100k and our W2 income is already in the high 6 figures. I cut back to 80% at my W2 this year to spend more time with family but I’ve spent the last 10 years working 80ish hours per week so this feels so alien and guilty. I’m constantly thinking about expanding my business but now that I’ve found your channel I’m reconsidering if maybe I should just keep things where they are for a year or two and take more time to enjoy with family and the kids while they’re young.

Wrapping up my first week using the template, and it worked really well! Trying to build a business with two young kids, I need to be really efficient with my time.
