How I Scaled My Etsy Dropshipping Store in 30 Days
In this video we're going to cover how I was able to scale my etsy dropshipping store in less than 30 days. This process was completely hands off...yes, I didn't do ANYTHING.
I hire someone to create the designs and I had one of my listing VAs upload the designs. We'll cover the entire process in this video so you can replicate it exactly.

- How to start an etsy store that's 100% automated with prinftul (who does all the work for you - from the inventory management/storage, to printing the designs, to shipping to the customer, to even putting the tracking number into your etsy order for you)
- How to do product research for etsy so you can make sure the designs you're creating have a high likelihood to sell.
- The basics of replicating and creating in demand etsy print on demand designs for t shirts, mugs, bags, etc...
- How to hire someone to create designs for you super cheap so you can scale your store profitably and quickly ( like I did). This person would ideally have graphic design experience and be able to pump out lots of exportable png designs you could then upload to printful (your etsy store).

So much good info and good plan in a 10 minute video. I've seen several videos of people in the past that just took a long long time to make one design at a time and they were just making stuff up. I don't think they were doing the same kind of research and mimicking the top selling products like you are. And it took them a long time just to even make it to 200 bucks a month in profit. Your method seems to be a lot better way of doing things

Bryan I have a question. In the last 30 days my views on my page has skyrocketed. Currently I am on Google Offsite Ads due to the amount of money I made in 2021. 7:10 and I quote “$2 an hour is actually a good, livable wage.” I was kind of digging your videos and strategy until this video man. Like others here are saying, it’s pretty unethical to be doing what you are doing on Etsy in this way. Etsy is for creators, handmade and original designed stuff. Whether or not what you’re doing here meets their TOS exactly, idk I’m no etsy expert. But as another Etsy dropshipper that actually spends time drawing original designs - this strategy you are suggesting is just off putting man. It’s against the spirit of Etsy. And you are profiting off some dude in the Philippines and claiming $2 and hour is a livable wage. That’s not factual, you are telling yourself that so you don’t feel bad. Shake my head….
@BryanGuerratv
@BryanGuerratv Жыл бұрын
Lol $2 an hour in the Philippines is a livable wage. The cost of living there is much less. And they get to work from home with their family’s. As for this strategy, it’s modeling what works already. That’s just intelligent. Companies and athletes have been doing that since the dawn of time. I’m not asking everyone to “approve” of what I do. The purpose of this channel isn’t to stroke everyone’s feelings. It’s imo one of the only channels that actually shows people what works in eCommerce step by step for free. Lots of people appreciate that authenticity and transparency. If you’re offended by it, then that’s your prerogative. But my videos help thousands and thousands of people for free. And my eCommerce business employs dozens of people that get to work from home for a wage they seem happy with. I interact with them every day. ….so you might want to rethink your perspective ✌️

what you are telling people to do is not allowed in etsys terms of use. you must produce your own designs, at the very least, and create original products. theres many platforms that allow what you are talking about, however etsy is different. telling people to replicate others designs is unethical and disrespectful to the creators of those items, who do their own designs. drop shippers can use ebay, amazon, shopify, etc just fine, but this is inappropriate for etsy
@CharlieOC7

@leilahamaya Жыл бұрын
@@CharlieOC7 it may be a good design, and thats great for shopify, ebay, amazon and dozens of others. more power to him in that. but its not appropriate for etsy. i feel its especially not responsible to tell other people to do this, its one thing to do it and another to encourage lots of other people to do so. its one thing to be influenced by the great artists, any creator does go through phases of copying in a way, and trying out styles of an artist, or even getting general ideas for designs based on looking over best sellers and good designs. its another thing to tell other people to just look up good selling designs and then pay someone to do (not allowed on etsy, you must be the creator of it) a copy, this is unethical. its also likely to cause you problems on etsy, with the other creators you copied and potentially with etsy itself, if you acknowledged you did not actually design OR make it.
@BryanGuerratv
@BryanGuerratv Жыл бұрын
1) no one’s forcing you to do it 2) I’m explaining what’s working for me and what I do and 3) I’m not saying copy…I’m saying replicate the designs similarly. That’s 100% within TOS assuming you’re not copying exactly or infringing in a trademark or copyright. So yes…what I’m saying is within TOS. If you don’t want to do it that’s totally fine, but discouraging other people from it simply b/c you don’t agree with it isn’t right either.
@leilahamaya
@leilahamaya Жыл бұрын
@@BryanGuerratv you can not pay people to design for you on etsy. he would have to be a member of your shop/ part owner, and be listed as your shop member. he is not a member of your shop. thrown on top of that he did not really design it, but was paid to copy something. this is clearly against etsys TOU. and further will bring you some push back when the original designer discovers it, so this is a likely path to getting shut down at etsy and having issues with the other shops and etsy itself. so theres actually several ways this not appropriate. but first off, you are not supposed to be hiring a designer, not without complete transparentcy, thats he / part owner / a shop member or a production partner or whatever he is.
@BryanGuerratv
@BryanGuerratv Жыл бұрын
How would anyone prove that you didn’t create the designs yourself…especially if you have them on your computer. They couldn’t. You’re arguing semantics. You sound like an Etsy designer that’s annoyed other people can succeed this way. If you don’t like it, that’s fine. But I’m going to continue to teach people what works for me. And this person is a part of my Shop. I hired them on the payroll of my company, which is the company that runs/owns the shop.

Hey thank you for your video but really paying a professional 2 dollars an hour is very low even for countries like the Philippines and India. The cost of living is low, as you mentioned correctly, because the employment supply-to-demand ratio is not satisfactory and people live a really difficult life, some may even be having 1 meal a day to support their families. So next time please be a little mindful and not exploit people like this when you make thousands of dollars over someone's skills.
@BryanGuerratv
@BryanGuerratv Жыл бұрын
I don't think it's exploitation. It's simple supply and demand...and the job of listing for ecommerce doesn't requite any skill. My VAs love that I've hired them. They get to make more money then they would at a job they'd have to go to, work from home with their families, and work extremely flexible hours. In the global marketplace, you're paid in proportion to the value you can provide.
