Definitely you had a VIP personal shopper appointment arranged because your consierge at the 5 star hotel that you stayed at networked old school with other 5 star concierges to get you an appointment. 99% will never have this experience or report it on any format or even understand. Most will think that you’re lying. Oh well 💗

Thank you!! I know my situation was incredibly unique and I am forever grateful for my husband and the concierge!! But, I definitely think it’s worth asking your concierge if you’re going. All they can say is no. Thanks for watching and checking out my new channel. It means a lot!

What a fabulous story!! And congratulations! Sounds like you had a truly special experience, and that you recognize and appreciate how unique that situation was! You were cracking me up saying how suspicious you were about it all working out because that would have been me too!! In fact I almost ruined a big surprise once by “backseat driving” a situation and hubs had to finally say “quit worrying and trying to figure it out!! I have it all arranged!!” He was right 😂😂😂 Also the fact that you saw someone offered a blue nuit??!! 😱😍🫠 I’d be over the moon!! It’s encouraging to hear that they’re still being offered/in circulation even though they’re not a current color. Btw some people were saying your story was too long - I was totally engrossed and I’d flew by for me! I thought you told it well! That metro situation… 🤔🤔🤔 I know this video is a year old but just wanted to throw my 2c in! ❤

Very interesting story. I think it would be helpful to tell others which hotel you stayed at. Also what was your prior spend. Sounds like an excellent experience for your anniversary. Congrats.

It was a roller coaster for sure but excellent for sure. I would recommend to anyone to ask their hotel concierge if they have the ability to make an appointment for you. The worst they can say is no.

At what hotel did you stay? ( if you dont mind sharing) I was told at the plaza where I stayed that Hermes no longer takes apt from them and the same with big Hotels like the Four seasons, etc. I watched another Video where this person confirmed the info I was given but she stayed in a small boutique Hotel and the concierge was able to book an apt. Congrats on your new bay its dreamy!! ❤

May I know if there is any fees to pay the concierge because he bring you to the Hermès store, and after you score a bag, do you need to pay him tips base on the purchase price, like we usually pay to waiter in the restaurant ?

There weren’t any fees. But we did get him a gift as a show of gratitude for all his help.

Thanks! The hotel asked me not to share as they didn’t want an influx of requests since this was a one of its kind request. Hope that makes sense. I would just encourage anyone to ask their concierge if they can help at all.

Thank you!! So my Hermes one wasn’t an issue. It probably took about a month. My Chanel one was a very different story. Will probably do a video on it so people know what could happen.

Hi Wendy! So glad you’re enjoying my videos. I think you’re referring to a reference to the VAT refund. I had an issue getting my refund on my Chanel classic flap. I plan to do a video about the process and what to watch out for. Thanks for watching!

Hi Coco! Thanks so much for watching. Unfortunately I am unable to share which hotel we stayed in. We are Marriott Bonvoy members however if that helps at all.

We did get him a very nice bottle of wine (thats what the general manager thought he would enjoy) and a thank you note. And yes, so grateful for what he did.
